Ospreys Monthly (13+)
Enroll in our monthly Ospreys Program - a safe and friendly space for all ages and skill levels to train together. Your monthly tuition includes 8 classes monthly, each session improves your physical fitness and develops essential self-defense skills. If you do not use all 8 classes, your credits will rollover as long as you maintain an active membership.
Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or you're a seasoned practitioner, you'll find a home at Lakefield Academy!
By purchasing, you agree to the following:
(1) I agree to purchase the Ospreys Monthly Tuition for $125 + HST each month, as an automatic debit from my bank account or credit card each month until I cancel.
(2) I can cancel the monthly payments anytime if there are no outstanding payments. To cancel, I agree to provide notice of minimum 5 business days before my next payment date via email to [email protected]. If there are no outstanding payments, Lakefield Academy will terminate my monthly tuition plan at the end of my current paid month and send an email confirming all future monthly payments have been cancelled.
(3) I understand that I will be notified if my payment fails for any reason, and agree to pay the $25 NSF charge. I also agree to provide new payment details (if needed) within 10 calendar days of the original rejection date.
(4) This tuition is non-refundable, non-transferable, may not be shared with another guest, and may not be placed on hold.
