Enroll in our Junior Ospreys program to empower your child through martial arts and fitness! Your monthly tuition includes the Junior Osprey classes every Wednesday for your kids to explore their abilities and build confidence.

By purchasing, you agree to the following:
(1) I agree to purchase the Junior Ospreys Tuition (Wednesday) for $75 + HST each month, as an automatic debit from my bank account or credit card each month until I cancel.
(2) I can cancel the monthly payments anytime if there are no outstanding payments. To cancel, I agree to provide notice of minimum 5 business days before my next payment date via email to [email protected]. If there are no outstanding payments, Lakefield Academy will terminate my tuition plan at the end of my current paid month and send an email confirming all future payments have been cancelled.
(3) I understand that I will be notified if my payment fails for any reason, and agree to pay the $25 NSF charge. I also agree to provide new payment details (if needed) within 10 calendar days of the original rejection date.
(4) This tuition is non-refundable, non-transferable, may not be shared with another guest, and may not be placed on hold.
